Using Gnarly Nutrition Products
Over the past few months I have been using Gnarly Nutrition Protein, Hydrate and Performance Greens. All of these supplements have great taste and seem to be super high quality. My favorite has been the Hydrate powder mix. The Lemonade flavor tastes just like lemon flavor PEZ candy and the Orange Pineapple is super refreshing. The flavors are not super strong and overpowering. Just a good taste without any weird aftertaste or anything. I have not had any bloating or creepy stomach feelings with the hydrate either. I have been using the hydration mix while mountain biking, hiking, splitboarding, and putting winter miles on my trainer in the basement. The greens definitely taste like greens. I usually have to mix greens with some orange juice in order to get them down and that goes for Gnarly greens too. They taste more tolerable than other greens that I've tried. There is a ton of different vitamins and other minerals in here too. And it's not like 5% of your daily value either. We're talking 100-200% kind of numbers. The protein is some of the best whey protein I've had. This stuff is good enough I can easily just mix it up with 8 oz of water and drink it straight up. Most protein powders need to be blended up with some type of milk or something to be tolerable, but Gnarly protein is actually delicious. There is 25 grams of protein per 2 scoops with 12 grams carbs, 4 grams of dietary fiber and 160 calories. This protein mixes easily as well and doesn't clump up much at all.
